| "After
a few years of weight training, I wasn’t able to make any progress
on the bench. The problem was that if I tried to add more weight
my shoulder began to hurt. Then one day, I tried a heavy lift and
suddenly my shoulder started to hurt like crazy - I wasn’t even
able to hold the weight up anymore. After that, I stopped bench-pressing
altogether and wondered if I was ever going to do it again. My friend
then told me about the Bandbell Bamboo Bar. I watched a few videos
on YouTube but didn't really expect much. We decided to give it
a shot anyway! Right after the first workout, with only a little
weight, I felt like my shoulder was doing better. It was a feeling
I hadn’t had before, and the shoulder-joint felt stable and robust.
I then continued to do more workouts with the Bar and started to
increase the weight. Finally, I felt ready to try benching again.
I started light and worked up slowly to bigger weights. I can say
that I’m now stronger than I ever was before and I don’t have any
shoulder problems at all! Now, I use the Bar every week for muscle
building and strength training, and it works great. I really can
recommend the Bamboo Bar to anyone no matter what your goals. It
works for rehabilitation and for strength training!"

| “Jim,
I just wanted to let you
know how much I have gained from using the Bandbell Bar this past
year. After struggling to increase my bench press for many years,
I started to use bands and your bar. For about the past year we
have incorporated it into our training with many exercises for
the upper back, as well as, shoulder presses, bench press, skull
crushers, and french presses. The results were phenomenal! I have
put an amazing 50lbs on my bench press in less than a year. All
the shoulder pain I used to have when we went heavy on our max
effort days are gone. My joints feel better, and at the age of
44, I am stronger than I have ever been. Not only did I win the
NASA Ohio Regional Meet after using the Bandbell for a short time,
but have since qualified for the NASA Nationals. The guys I train
with, as well as myself, all look forward to your next innovation
to aid our training. I just wish we had this 20 years ago. Thanks
for adding years to my training.
Sincerely,
Jay Marzano” |

“Jimmy,
I'm 35 years old and
I've been working out consistently with heavy weights for over
15 years. I've always felt that lifting with heavy weights was
the only way to get a good workout. Lifting light weights for
more reps just bored me. Working out with heavy weights for such
a long period of time has caused me two issues, constant aches
and pains in my joints and an increased disinterest due monotony
of workouts. About six months ago, we started adding in different
workouts with the bandbell. The bandbell has allowed me to feel
challenged and fulfilled after a workout without using heavy weights.
The bandbell forces me to concentrate on stabilizing the weight
no matter how much weight is on it. The challenge is no longer
how much weight I can lift, but how many reps I can do before
losing the ability to keep the weight stable. My stabilizing muscles
have strengthened, which has helped me on the days when I do lift
heavy weights. Also, those aches and pains that I was getting
in my elbows and shoulders are gone. We've slowly discovered more
and more exercises that we can add into our workouts, which I
think will allow me to keeping lifting for years to come. Love
the bandbell!!!!
Thanks

“Hey,
this is Dan Goss who talked to you at Westside Barbell about my
shoulder and how the Bamboo Bar has helped it recover. If it matters,
I'm not actually a powerlifter like the others at that gym. I'm
actually in mixed martial arts and jujitsu. Anyhow, during a session
of jujitsu practice, I subluxed my right shoulder while performing
a throw. My doctor told me to avoid any kind of pressing and to
stay away from contact sports, and to take anti-inflammatory pain
medicine all for at least 6 weeks. Then Louie Simmons told me to
try lying down on a bench with the Bamboo Bar and to just shrug
my shoulders forward and back without pressing, and to do this until
failure. After performing this movement for just a week, I could
tell a noticeable reduction in the pain, and after three weeks,
I didn't need pain medicine anymore! There's something special about
this equipment that helped my recovery, and I've seen it help several
other athletes recover as well. I'm now a firm believer!"
