BAD
BACK? GIVEN UP ON BENT-OVER ROWING?
Only Atlantis Fitness’s
state-of-the-art "T-bar" offers ALL these advantages
and amenities:
* Safer, fuller-range
exercise - in fact, the equivalent of what can only be called
a compound pullover! - than is possible with ANY other method
of and apparatus for bent-over rowing.
* From full stretch
to full contraction, the resistance feels perfectly uniform.
The sticking points have been eliminated!
* The pedestals'
specific angle - critical to the nearest half degree - enables
your body and the resistance to counterweight each other automatically
during the entire exercise.
* It protects your
lower back because your legs remain comfortably bent - especially
during the lower, more vulnerable half of the exercise.
* Even though the
weights are front-loaded, none will hit your face, neck or chest
- and the bar stays safely away from your groin!
* No chest or upper-body
restraint is needed. (Such restraint not only causes pain and
discomfort but, due to the fixed and therefore range-limiting
angle between arms and upper body, also makes the exercise less
effective.)
* The banked, skidproof
pedestals prevent slippage and ensure the safest most comfortable
footing.
* A MOST important
safety feature that prevents the weighted carriage - and YOU!
- from falling backwards.
* A unique method
of diminishing the resistance - thus enabling you to perform
additional reps! - without your having to pause to remove weights
and without needing a spotter to remove them.
* A heavy-duty rubber-bumpered
carriage rest.
* A surprisingly compact
unit only five feet long.
JUST A
FEW REPS -- AND ROWING WILL NEVER BE THE SAME!
