Post Office Fees for Insurance

Methods of Shipping: Most orders are shipped Priority Mail by the US Post Office. However, some orders may be shipped by FedEx Ground depending on the situation.

Shipping Costs:
There are no handling charges, only shipping based on the actual rate listed by the United States Post Office according to the weight of your order to your zip code. This prevents you from overpaying on shipping. See Examples of Post Office Rates
Please Note: When checking out of the shopping cart you will see the total of your order but not the shipping cost as that will be added later after your order has been weighed. When the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your receipt the day it is shipped giving you a total with shipping. Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Last Eight Years of Priority Deliveries
In the last 8 years of using Priority shipping the Post Office has made only one mistake and delivered to the wrong address. However, the package was returned by the householder and delivered to the customer. That is a pretty good track record for accurate and undamaged deliveries.
Customer's Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibilty to provide a secure enviroment for deliveries such as a Post Office Box for Priority or a safe area free from theft for FedEx. When your package is delivered, the Post Office and FedEx record the date and time. If your package is being delivered to your address and no one is home to receive it and you do not have Signature Confirmation with the Post Office, or Signature Request with FedEx it will be left at your front door or porch. The date and time of delivery of your package to your address is recorded as proof that the Post Office and FedEx have completed their obligation of delivery. In the event that the package comes up missing due to theft, or for some other reason, it is more than likely the Post Office and FedEx will deny your claim for compensation. If this should occur Live Well Naturally will not ship a replacement order.

Making a Claim on Damaged or Missing Orders
If a package should arrive with its content's damaged or it fails to arrive, please contact us so we can file the paperwork to put in a claim. (NOTE: Priority claims without insurance cannot made.)
FedEx Claims

(NOTE: All FedEx shipments will have the date and time recorded upon delivery even if the package is left at the address.) Claims with FedEX can be submitted right away, there is no waiting period.

Once the claim has been submitted they will investigate. The time period for this could range from one week to four, or even more. It is possible that the FedEx will deny a claim, especially if they have a record of the date and time your package was left at your address. This is because FedEx feels that it has met its obligation and delivered your package to the required address and is not responsible if someone steals the package from your address.

Replacement Claims
Replacement claims through FedEx will not be shipped until their investigation is completed. If after an investigation your claim is denied, Live Well Naturally will not ship a replacement order.

If you do not want your package left at the address for added security you can add Signature Request.

If you are not home to receive your package a note will be left at your address telling you that the driver will make another attempt. If no one is home after the third attempt a note will be left telling you that your package can picked up at the FedEx terminal in your area.

Please Note: Packages arriving damaged usually have no trouble being approved for replacement. The claims that get denied are usually the ones are left at the address when no one is home to receive it. Packages left sitting out in the open, at a door in a hallway, hidden behind a bush or chair on ther porch, or in a garage door on the side of a house are still at high risk for theft, and as such will have a very high probability of being denied for compensation when a claim is filed if missing.

While we try to keep from raising prices there are things beyond our control that will cause periodic increases. Two of them are increased costs from manufacturers and raw materials.

A third area is the rising costs of operating a business. As everyone knows whether you own a business or not, it's a fact of life that prices on products we purchase and services we use eventually increase.

Due to the periodic increases in prices from manufacturers there may be a situation where you enter into the shopping cart an item that is out of stock at a certain price, but is now higher when we go to order more product to restock. If at all possible we will try to honor the original price, but if there is a substantial increase we will have to inform you of the new price. From there you can let us know if you still wish to have your order processed and shipped. We try to watch prices very closely to update them before people order to avoid this scenario, but it can happen, although rarely.

We will never raise prices arbitrarily, but if there is a price increase from time to time please understand it is only due to increased costs on our end due to the reasons listed above.

Returns & Refunds:
Any unopened item may be returned (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from date of invoice. Unopened returned items for refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. See Directions for Refund & Exchange

Merchandise Credit:
Any unopened item may be returned for merchandise credit. The full amount of the original purchase price of the product (less shipping and handling charges) can be applied towards other merchandise. All available credit must be used. Any credit left over will be applied towards future orders.

Directions for Refund & Exchange
If you have a product that you would like to return or exchange, simply email us from the Contact Us page with your Name, Shopper ID# number, date of purchase, product# and name of product, and your request will be handled promptly. Or you can call 614-457-1374. Please do not return any product until you have been contacted with return instructions.

Item(s) should be returned in the original package with the original receipt and a short explanation with the reason for the return.

Also, please make note of a phone number or email address at which you can easily be contacted in case we require more information.

Once your return has been received, we will contact you by email when we have received your package.

If the credit of your unopened returned item(s) are being used to apply towards other product(s), please note that shipping charges are applied to ship the other product(s) back to you.

Cancellation of Orders:
After an order has been placed, and you wish to cancel it, you must contact us before it has been processed and shipped. Failure to contact us promptly will result in a 10% cancellation fee. This is done to cover shipping and handling costs and credit card fees.
