Last Eight Years of Priority Deliveries
In the last 8 years of using Priority
shipping the Post Office has made only one mistake and delivered
to the wrong address. However, the package was returned
by the householder and delivered to the customer. That is
a pretty good track record for accurate and undamaged deliveries. |

It is the customer's responsibilty
to provide a secure enviroment for deliveries such as
a Post Office Box for Priority or a safe area free from
theft for FedEx. When your package is delivered, the
Post Office and FedEx record the date and time. If your
package is being delivered to your address and no one
is home to receive it and you do not have Signature
Confirmation with the Post Office, or Signature
Request with FedEx it will be left at your front
door or porch. The date and time of delivery of your
package to your address is recorded as proof that the
Post Office and FedEx have completed their obligation
of delivery. In the event that the package comes up
missing due to theft, or for some other reason, it is
more than likely the Post Office and FedEx will deny
your claim for compensation. If this should occur Live
Well Naturally will not ship a replacement order.

should arrive with its content's damaged or it fails to
arrive, please contact us so we can file the paperwork to
put in a claim.

met its obligation and delivered your package to the required
address and is not responsible if someone steals the package
from your address.

another attempt. If no one is home after the third attempt
a note will be left telling you that your package can
picked up at the FedEx terminal in your area.

when no one is home to receive it. Packages left sitting
out in the open, at a door in a hallway, hidden behind
a bush or chair on ther porch, or in a garage door on

and as such will have a very high probability of being
denied for compensation when a claim is filed if missing. |

we try to keep from raising prices there are things beyond our
control that will cause periodic increases. Two of them are increased
costs from manufacturers and raw materials.
A third area is the rising costs of operating a business. As everyone
knows whether you own a business or not, it's a fact of life that
prices on products we purchase and services we use eventually
increase.
Due to the periodic increases
in prices from manufacturers there may be a situation where you
enter into the shopping cart an item that is out of stock at a
certain price, but is now higher when we go to order more product
to restock. If at all possible we will try to honor the original
price, but if there is a substantial increase we will have to
inform you of the new price. From there you can let us know if
you still wish to have your order processed and shipped. We try
to watch prices very closely to update them before people order
to avoid this scenario, but it can happen, although rarely.
We will never raise prices arbitrarily,
but if there is a price increase from time to time please understand
it is only due to increased costs on our end due to the reasons
listed above.
