your order will be weighed to determine the exact cost.
We make no profit on the shipping charges.
Ohio Sales Tax  by county, if applicable, will be included.

Three Shipping Methods to Select From
You have the option of choosing three different shipping methods; FedEx, U.S. Postal Priority with insurance, and U.S. Postal Priority without insurance. You also have the option of requesting a Signature. You can make your selection in the shopping cart dropdown list named, SHIPPING METHOD, before sending your order.
If No Shipping Method Is Selected
If no shipping method is selected then the shipment method is determined by the lowest cost shipper, FedEx or U.S. Postal Priority with insurance.
Please Note:
Postal Insurance will always be applied to Priority shipping unless you select Priority no insurance when checking out of the shopping cart.
Signature Request
If you do not have a Post Office box for Priority, a safe area for a FedEx delivery, or someone home to receive packages, and you do not want your package left outside, you can add a Signature Request to FedEx and Signature Confirmation to Priority.
FedEx Signature Request Fees
$1.50
Indirect - Anyone at the address can sign for the package.
$2.50
Direct - requires signature of person listed.
$3.50
Anyone can sign 21 years or older.
Post Office Signature Confirmation Fee
$2.05 Anyone at the address can sign.

Customer's Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibilty to provide a secure enviroment for deliveries such as a Post Office Box for Priority or a safe area free from theft for FedEx. When your package is delivered, the Post Office and FedEx record the date and time. If your package is being delivered to your address and no one is home to receive it and you do not have Signature Confirmation with the Post Office, or Signature Request with FedEx it will be left at your front door or porch. The date and time of delivery of your package to your address is recorded as proof that the Post Office and FedEx have completed their obligation of delivery. In the event that the package comes up missing due to theft, or for some other reason, it is more than likely the Post Office and FedEx will deny your claim for compensation. If this should occur Live Well Naturally will not ship a replacement order.

Making a Claim on Damaged or Missing Orders
If a package should arrive with its content's damaged or it fails to arrive, please contact us so we can file the paperwork to put in a claim. (NOTE: Priority claims without insurance cannot made.)
FedEx Claims

(NOTE: All FedEx shipments will have the date and time recorded upon delivery even if the package is left at the address.) Claims with FedEX can be submitted right away, there is no waiting period.

Once the claim has been submitted they will investigate. The time period for this could range from one week to four, or even more. It is possible that the FedEx will deny a claim, especially if they have a record of the date and time your package was left at your address. This is because FedEx feels that it has met its obligation and delivered your package to the required address and is not responsible if someone steals the package from your address.

Replacement Claims
Replacement claims through FedEx will not be shipped until their investigation is completed. If after an investigation your claim is denied, Live Well Naturally will not ship a replacement order.

Signature Request
If you do not want your package left at the address for added security you can add Signature Request.

If you are not home to receive your package a note will be left at your address telling you that the driver will make another attempt. If no one is home after the third attempt a note will be left telling you that your package can picked up at the FedEx terminal in your area.

Please Note: Packages arriving damaged usually have no trouble being approved for replacement. The claims that get denied are usually the ones are left at the address when no one is home to receive it. Packages left sitting out in the open, at a door in a hallway, hidden behind a bush or chair on ther porch, or in a garage door on the side of a house are still at high risk for theft, and as such will have a very high probability of being denied for compensation when a claim is filed if missing.

Post Office Claims

(NOTE: All Priority shipments will have the date and time recorded upon delivery even if the package is left at the address.) The Post Office has an automatic 3 week waiting period from the date of shipping before a claim can be filed. This is done they say to allow any packages that may have been misplaced or accidentally delivered to the wrong address time to be located. If the package is not located at the end of the three week waiting period a claim can then be submitted.

Once the claim has been submitted they will investigate. The time period for this could range from one week to four, or even more. It is possible that the Post Office will deny a claim, especially if they have a record of the date and time your package was left at your address. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses are shipped Priority Only.

shipped as FedEx Home Delivery which is verified before shipping.
While orders are ususally processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days,
please allow 5 to 7 business days to process and ship orders.
