30 mg more calcium per serving because 2 metals, or calcium, is
combined to malic acid whereas other malates, and citrates combine
only 1 metal, or calcium. And, the absorption is higher because
malic acid has a smaller molecular weight, 134.09 grams, than
citrate, 192.12 grams, allowing more of the calcium to enter the
blood stream through the small intestine.

occurring in fruits and vegetables and produced by the body, is
involved in the production of energy.
Critical co-factors - Studies show that calcium
